Virtual Serial Port
Virtual serial port is used by mCore™ to communicate with the GSM
modem/phone if:
- The GSM modem/phone is connected to the computer using Infrared device
You can find out the virtual serial port number by going to Windows
'Device Manager' and looking under the 'Modems' node.
- The GSM modem/phone is connected to the USB port of the computer using
a Serial to USB converter type data cable.
You can find out the virtual serial port number by going to Windows
'Device Manager' and looking under the 'Ports' node.
- The GSM modem/phone is connected to the computer using Bluetooth
interface
You can find out the virtual serial port number by going to Windows
'Device Manager' and looking under the 'Modems' node.

ports from COM1 to COM32 |
